PBR

The other day Dave and I went to the PBR.  For those who don't know what that is, it is Professional Bull Riding.  It was in the American Airlines arena.  We had so much fun and surprisingly Lucy only got upset once even though everyone one around us was really loud and really drunk.  The opening was fun because they did a smoke and fire show to introduce each of the riders.  It was a very quick show because each rider had to only last 8 seconds and even then only half were able to do that.  The announcer was the best part though.  He was funny and would dance really crazy in the center on a small stage.

Lucy is starting to aquire new skills.

I know she is not crawling yet, but she is certainly getting an understanding of it.  A couple of times she has scooted forward far enough to fall on her face.   Now when she wakes up in the morning, she is usually on her back with a little but of a red face, I think from scooting.  She is never in the same place where she was put down to sleep.

Dave's sister is getting married so, I thought I should get a hair cut to look presentable. Tada!
Also you may notice I am not wearing glasses.  I got contacts, I was tired of having Lucy throw my glasses and eat them.  So I probably look a little different huh.

Crazy

So since Thanksgiving it has been crazy.  Thanksgiving was wonderful.  We had it at a friend's house.  Ate some good food, played rockband, and started a new sewing project.

Then after only 2 weeks, I flew to NJ with Lucy.  Dave followed a week later.  NJ was a blast.  Lucy got congested and had a rather nasty cold for a little bit, other wise it was on the up and up.  I love going home and seeing my family and friends.  I had a great time.  My mom spoiled Lucy like no tomorrow.  Thanks everyone for the wonderful holidays.  They couldn't have been better.

Lucy has grown like crazy.  She can now sit up and roll over from her stomach to her back.  She can almost go from her back to her stomach.  Just a little more work and she will be there.

Here are some pics and videos
There are lots more, but I figured I would pace my self or this entry would be a mile long!

The first time Lucy was in a high chair and loved the cook book too!

Lucy just being cute, taken by my sister Melissa.
